Love And Gratitude

You believe that luck favors those who work hard and you are leaving nothing to chance with your future stem cell treatment.  You changed your diet to increase stem cell proliferation.  You quit smoking and drinking.  You get more sun, exercise and sleep.  You researched your condition, the many clinics and every doctor who answered the phone.  You joined a dozen patient groups and you spent enough hours studying to have combined degrees in regenerative medicine and micro-biology.  You’ve done everything in your power to ensure a positive stem cell therapy and results.  Or have you?  Have you trained your brain for stem cell success?
Positive thoughts have a scientific and quantifiable effect on your environment and self.  Expressing words of love to water changes it on a molecular level.  Humans are comprised of over 65% water.  Why would we be any different?  Expressing love to an infant changes their immunity and even their DNA.  Express positivity, hope, faith, passion and see your success before it happens.  Imagine how it will feel to have significant improvements in your health and quality of life.  Imagine how it will feel to be “in great shape for someone who is 65” instead of “in great shape for some who has Multiple Sclerosis.”  Imagine playing tennis, chasing your grand kids around the yard or any of the activities which current condition restricts you from doing.  Wrap those feelings of joy and satisfaction around yourself.  Practice the smile you will wear when your friends and family stunningly blurt out: “oh my God, you look great!”
A change in attitude can have a huge effect.  An enormous amount has been written about how our attitudes change our perceptions which change our reality.  Renowned Psychiatrist Victor Frankl, author of “Man’s Search For Meaning,” found that those people in concentration camps who controlled their attitudes were predominantly the ones who lived.  How’s your attitude?  How’s your glass? Half empty or half full?
Why be happy? What do you have to be happy about, you’ve been dealing with a chronic or terminal disease for ‘x’ years?  True, but you are still alive.  You are alive in a period of medical history where chronic and terminal disease are falling in front of the scientifically proven safe and effective power of regenerative medicine.  You’ve found this site which is a resource for information.  There is a potential path to mitigation of your symptoms and recovery for you whereas ten years ago there was not.  It’s time to embrace a brighter future and it doesn’t start outside of you, it begins within.
Be positive.  This is your homework.  This is not easy at first.  It will feel false.  You will feel like you are acting or even, delusional. Keep at it, it will get easier.  Remember, positivity is a learn-able quality.  Others may worry you will be crushed if the results come too slowly or aren’t up to your expectations.  Smile in the knowledge that you are WAY stronger than that.  You’ve dealt with heart disease, MS, Diabetes, etc.  You are stronger than they realize.  You are even stronger than you realize.  Others may dissuade you from “getting your hopes up.”  Smile in the private knowledge that you are not setting yourself up for disappointment, you are conditioning yourself for success.  Condition yourself for success.  Your body, your brain and your attitude.
Here’s a few words I wrote to a friend going for stem cell therapy which may help on your path to success.
The science behind stem cell safety and efficacy is solid, your faith is strong, your passion is palpable and we’re all send prayers and thoughts of strength and encouragement!  Hoping you have an awesome experience and significant improvement!A few thoughts to help you on your journey; that which you’ve traveled before, that which you embark on today and the journeys of your future:TRIALS CREATE STRENGTH: “If you will call your troubles experiences, and remember that every experience develops some latent force within you, you will grow vigorous and happy, however adverse your circumstances may seem to be.” –  JohnHeywoodBE OPTIMISTIC: “Bepsychopathically optimistic and always stay hopeful for the best outcome.”BE HOPEFUL: “And as far as false hope, there is no such thing.
