In ALL ARTICLES on September 8, 2009 at 10:51 pm

The ADA (American Diabetes Association) has influence over their 70,000 members, the 350,000 people who contacted them over the past year and the nearly 24 million children and adults in the U.S. with diabetes their advocacy efforts support…

That is why it is so sad to see them placing all of their hope on embryonic stem cell research.
Excerpted from the original article:
“The Stem Cell Research Enhancement Act, also known as H.R.3… would ease up on the existing restrictions on embryonic stem cell research… The American Diabetes Association knows that the passing of this act is the best hope humans have for advancement in the cure for Diabetes.”

Here is a only a small collection of articles that show that ADULT stem cells are the REAL and CURRENT and BEST hope humans have for advancement in the cure for Diabetes.
